Full refunds will only be given to customers that have purchased the book but have not yet received it by text or email, once we have emailed or texted you your PDF book then we won't be able to issue you a refund. We made our refund policy this way because if we gave refunds after we sent out the PDF book then that would give some people the opportunity to purchase the book read it and then request a full refund afterwards which would be an abuse to our company.

If you purchase the book and shortly after your purchase you change your mind and want a full refund, then you can call us or email us before we email or text you the PDF book; and if we haven't sent you the book yet then we will give you a full refund.
